There are 52 weeks in a year. I see this as an opportunity to have 52 planned and intentional ways of communicating with clients. Even with all the great ideas and topics I have given you in the past, the thought of potentially needing more to discuss over a listing period can be daunting.
The good news is that as we head into the second week of October, we are creeping closer and closer to a season full of holidays. It is not unusual for us to have properties on the market for extended periods since these buyers and sellers are often not as motivated as primary home buyers might be.
