How to Package and Present Your Brand

Posted by on Aug 13, 2013 | One Comment

Thinking more about branding as I drive my less-than-perfect car got me thinking about my senior year high school English teacher, Mr. Fales.

English was never one of my strong subjects.  But there was something about Mr. Fales and the way he connected with students in general and me in particular.  One thing he taught us in addition to writing and grammar and structure and all those wonderful things was how much presentation matters.

In today’s video, I will continue driving and talk about what I learned in high school English class that makes my listing, pricing and marketing presentations better than they might otherwise be.

Good morning Jack, I have watched your videos for several years, I especially enjoy your opening greeting in front of your “not overly ostentaous” office.

You have given me wonderful, practical advice to pep up my career selling luxury properties. ( pictures from a cherry picker, videos from the shoreline toward the home’s dock side patio, wearing smart casual attire )

May I offer you some great advice in regard to your discontent with your 2nd Escalade
(it looks like a beautiful SUV) ? I just bought a 2014 JEEP Grand Cherokee Limited and it is a dream ride. Subdued metallic black color, black leather seats, dashboard that looks like something from a jetliner, incredible sound system, sunroof of course, sporty wheels. It is my 3rd JEEP and by far the most luxurious SUV I have had. It can go anywhere in style ( I also sell farmland and get into some rugged hills) I constantly get comments and questions from clients, young gear heads, older ladies who like the “pretty” look and my grandkids who think it is cool. It fits in with a clientle who drive Lexus, Mercedes, Cadillac,Jags, Bentley & Rolls. JEEP could be the car for you ? Best wishes, you have an incredible brand of your own ! THANK YOU, Patti
