Welcome to the final segment of our series on SWET-ing the competition where we discuss The Big “O”. That’s right, The Big “O”. What exactly is The Big “O”?

The Big “O” is what keeps many real estate agents on the sidelines of the Luxury real estate business. The Big O is what stresses agents out before and during their first luxury listing appointment. You see, The Big “O” stands for The Big Objection. The Big Objection can take one of several forms:

  •   “How many Luxury real estate properties have you listed in my area?”
  •   “How many luxury properties have you sold in my area?”
  •   “How many luxury properties do you have listed right now?” or,
  •   “Tell me about your experience in the Luxury real estate market.”

In today’s video, I will talk about hitting The Big “O” head on on with specific strategies as to how you can diffuse it and succeed as a Luxury real estate specialist.
