Make Success A Ritual
Last week, I discussed why it’s vital to respect the oasis (not bringing the problems of the day inside your house/oasis).
This week, I’m going to highlight the importance of creating rituals during these difficult times.
A ritual is a series of actions that are performed in a certain order.
Rituals are incredibly important, especially if you are looking to create a successful luxury real estate business.
If you don’t have rituals already, this is indeed a perfect time to create some.
Rituals also don’t need to be complicated.
For example:
- Have pancakes every Sunday morning
- Eat spaghetti every Wednesday night
- Read a new book every Thursday afternoon
- Establish a certain day of the week for board games
In particular, in our house, we play a certain song during dinners, parties, or celebrations. My kids sometimes roll their eyes when they hear this song. However, more importantly, they’ll never forget our ritual of playing that particular song during those special times at our house.
