How do we keep sellers with us until they sell? The one word simple answer: communication.
In particular, I would like to share with you two simple communication tips that will indeed help you keep your luxury listings.
1. Marketing Confirmation Form
I strongly encourage you to fill out a marketing confirmation form after every showing and send it to the seller. It’s an important assurance tool where you can highlight all of the marketing activities related to the listing.

I also strongly encourage you to create a communication checklist. It’s a simple way to keep track of how often you communicate with your sellers. More importantly, it serves as a crucial reminder to constantly communicate with your sellers.
