However, there are times, probably not currently, when there is nothing to say. In these situations, it’s still imperative that you regularly communicate with your sellers. Here are two simple suggestions on what to discuss.
1. Market News

2. Online Alerts
Set online alerts. This will ensure you’re up-to-date with important and topical news about your market. For example, I set Google Alerts related to the Cape Cod real estate market. Share the updates from these alerts with your sellers so that they are also abreast with important news that could affect their market.
