Stretching Your Goals And Sticking To Them

I hope you enjoyed our quick diversion to S.T.U.P.I.D. goals last time we were “together.” That session was partly tongue-in-cheek but at the same time, I believe there is a certain amount of wisdom in looking at the other side of goals.

Today, I will discuss the “Sin” of understanding the power of goal setting and not doing it anyway. There are lots of reasons why people do this. Indeed, I am an expert: I used to be one of them!

I will also touch on Sin #4, which is making your goals too easy. Remember the “S” in S.T.U.P.I.D.? This is where it comes into play.
