Agent Branding DOs and DON’Ts

My introduction to agent branding continues this week with some overall goals and themes as we begin thinking about this important topic.

As we think about branding and agent marketing, there are some things we DON’T want to be:

  • Too Cute
  • Too Funny
  • Too Scary
  • Too Full of Yourself

The last one is more important. If I can stress one concept it is this: it’s all about the CLIENT not YOU. Branding and agent marketing is not about telling people how great you are. Rather, it’s about how you can solve their problem(s) in a great way. Here are a few things you should DO:

  • Convey Your Expertise
  • Add Value
  • Differentiate Yourself
  • Excel in Luxury Real Estate
