Boxers, Briefs and Luxury Real Estate

Posted by on May 7, 2013 | 2 Comments

We had quite the adventure last week, photographing a new listing. The only way to get the best shot was to wade out into chest-deep water and climb a 12 foot ladder. The resulting photograph was a little disappointing, but the reminder that “everyone will find out everything” was a valuable lesson. Not to mention the resulting story.

The accompanying video “Boxers, Briefs and Luxury Real Estate” tells the story:

The lessons are:

  • Luxury clients reached their station in life most often via their people skills
  • They have great BS detectors
  • Act accordingly in Luxury and in fact, all price ranges in real estate:
    • Integrity
    • Honesty
    • Pretend your clients are looking over your shoulder when talking about them or their property.

Don’t forget, I will cover more of your luxury real estate questions on the first Tuesday of each month. Register RIGHT NOW at www.LuxuryRealEstateUnplugged.com. This is FREE, monthly one-on-one coaching in a group setting. Sign up and get your question submitted without delay.

Enjoy this week’s video.

Lastly: Think about your own luxury listings and decide which one could benefit from exposure through my newsletter. Send me pictures and a brief description with your contact information and I’ll include the best one with mine in my weekly e-video news blast. Wouldn’t that be great if we had a referral in our group every single week as a result of this video series?

In the meantime don’t forget to pass this video to a Realtor friend.
