Highlighting “shared pain” is one of the most effective ways to grab someone’s attention. This especially works well with expired listings. Underscore the agony and pain of a home being on the market for a long period of time.
2. I Am Qualified
Case studies are critical to illustrate your qualifications and expertise. Provide specific examples of people who you have helped who are in a similar situation as the prospective client.
3. Offer a SolutionYour service is the solution. Click To Tweet
Outline how your service/company/marketing plan will serve as the solution. Also, don’t be afraid to discuss your fees and terms. Be confident with your solution and how it will help the client.
4. Free Gift
