I always got a kick out of the “lather, rinse, repeat” mantra printed on the back of every shampoo container I have ever seen. This inspired me to create a plan for staying in contact with my sellers.

I will show you a communication plan that will span six months of a listing contract. In the unfortunate circumstance of a listing that remains on the market longer, the “repeat” part of the shampoo instructions come into play.
