Your Sphere of Influence (SOI) and Luxury Real Estate

How time flies! As you approach the Christmas and Holiday season, your thoughts likely turn to family, presents, parties and other joyful times. In the back of your mind however, are often nagging thoughts about your business plan.

Do you hear a little voice saying I have to get my business plan done, but…

  • I don’t have time
  • It’s just too much work
  • It can wait another, day, week or month

No one says that business planning has to be fun. Let’s just look at one component of your plan through. It just might be the thing to get you excited about getting it done.

Write down the following two numbers:

1) How many Transactions did you have this year:   _____

2) How many people in your SOI (Sphere of Influence)   _______

Now, divide the two numbers: #Transactions/#in your SOI
