We began a discussion last time about SWET-ing our luxury real estate competition. Today we talk about the “E”. As a reminder,

  • S stands for the strengths of your competitor.
  • W is for the weaknesses of this competitor.
  • E is for everything they do and
  • T is a surprise I am saving for the next-to-last last video in this series!

Here is the deal. Think of the strongest competitor you face in your luxury market and everything they do. Just send me one or two it these items.

    You can find EH in every magazine, newsprint, local and city with all of her cottages to castles.
    She or her assistant must show the properties.
    She requires a letter of financial pre qualification at the same time when making the appointment
