In these current times, everyone has a different comfort level when it comes to being around people.
It’s paramount that you ensure your buyers are comfortable looking at homes and your seller clients are comfortable with showings during these difficult times.
What are simple things you can do so everyone feels reassurance during showings?
As I announced recently during an MLS tour, here are eight simple tips to further reassure the comfort and safety of your Luxury Real Estate clients:
1.) A warm and enthusiastic greeting at the door will not include an offer to shake hands
2.) The buyer side will be given an application of hand sanitizer at the foyer
3.) Shoes to be removed at the foyer
4.) The listing agent team member will open all interior doors and cabinets as requested
5.) Safe distance will be maintained between members of the listing and buyer teams
6.) Printed listing materials are available at the listing for pickup by the buyer agent
7.) Alternatively, the listing team will forward a Dropbox folder with all materials to the buyer agent
8.) Hand sanitizer will be offered as the buyer party leaves
