Welcome to the end of August. It’s time to reset the timers on your outside lights and to add five more marketing ideas to our list of twenty-five this month. Today, I will be covering points 16-20. Enjoy!

16) Collect competitors’ ads and literature and study them for information about their strategy, product features and benefits, etc.

17) Ask lost clients why they didn’t hire you.

18) Identify a new market in a new geographic location or price point.

19) Offer a fancier/more expensive/faster/bigger version of your service.

20) Update your:

i. Presentations (listing presentations, buying presentations, etc.)

ii. Logo

iii. Your entire ‘look’
