Why Cramming Doesn’t Work in Luxury Real Estate
Did you ever cram for an exam? Probably not since your real estate license exam!
This type of studying kind of works in school and exam settings… at least enough to finish the paper or pass the exam. But it doesn’t apply very well to real world scenarios.
One example of a place where cramming definitely does not work is in farming. You can’t just throw some seeds out the night before and then wake up to fresh vegetables. You have to plan, plant, weed, water and feed before you can harvest. Everything has to be done in its own time.
Well, it’s the same in luxury real estate and harvesting referrals from your Sphere of Influence. You can try to cram. But it really does not work.
