With the launch of Luxury Agent Academy this week I am reminded of how important our brand is in Luxury Real Estate. I shot this video about expectations on a beautiful summer day in my little sports car.

Compared to my SUV, my little car stands out as a great example of the promise of a brand. This little car meets and exceeds that promise day in and day out. When it comes to Luxury Real Estate, we can create great presentations and action plans that when executed, surprise and delight our clients.
