There is a myth that some agents buy into, that I want to dispel.
There are scores of individuals who sit on the sidelines of the Luxury Real Estate business assuming that they had to be born rich or well connected to succeed. However, I wasn’t born affluent or with connections – I just learned the hard-work-way to succeed in this industry. I have 40 plus years worth of experience and knowledge that can help others be successful in breaking into the Luxury Real Estate market and become an expert so that prospective clients, agents, or partners will want to work with them.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to coach a large number of agents one-on-one. Most of the young real estate agents I coach are successful because they already have great skills, insights, drive, and work ethic. I just help them discover what is within them so that they can achieve their goals or break into Luxury Real Estate.
Furthermore, a lot of individuals find it intimidating talking to millionaires and billionaires. The very thought of going on a listing presentation – their first listing presentation for a million dollar property, for example – is so daunting to them to the point that they don’t do it. My job is to prepare them and help bolster up their confidence so that they will succeed again and again.
