For the month of August, I want to give you some inexpensive, easy to implement marketing ideas that you can use to build your business in Luxury Real Estate and make it better.
First, determine what percentage of your income you want to invest annually on marketing. The trouble with real estate is that a lot of agents just spend too much money on marketing and they’re always signing up for the newest shiny thing. You need to make a budget and a plan.
Next, start a breakfast club or create a board of directors for your business with other professionals who are in a non-competing businesses ancillary. Architects, lawyers, CPAs, or bankers will work well for this idea. You should also be on the lookout all the time for press about a client or a customer of yours. It could also be someone you would like to have as a customer or client. Cut out the article, have it laminated and send it to them. It’s a great way to build rapport with someone.
Finally, ask your clients for testimonials. People like doing business with people they know and trust.
