When you’re presenting a house, some common business practices can be seen as disrespectful to your buyers and even other agents.
Your buyers should feel like they’re entering the Ritz-Carlton during any showing, so talking on your phone or handing them materials that their agents should get will not make people want to buy from you.
However, if you’re helpful and appreciative around your buyers and other agents that may be brought in, you’ll set yourself apart and have a better chance of selling the house.Anything you can do to seem helpful during a luxury showing is helping your client. Click To Tweet
