How To Keep Your Luxury Listings

Over the past five sessions, we have covered a lot of ideas and techniques that can make us better negotiators.  As a result, you should now have more listings.

Now you need to keep your listings until they sell. This isn’t a problem in many parts of the country where listings sell in a day or so. However, there are luxury areas in the United States where homes over $5,000,000 are staying on the market for a year or more. They will sell, and you better hope to have the listing when it does.

In my own market, it is not uncommon to see listings active for a year or more.

The answer is communication.

Today, we will talk about why a show slip should actually be a marketing confirmation form. I will also disclose my system for organizing, storing, and sharing the marketing confirmation with the seller.
