Today features part 3 of my 25 easy to implement, low cost and high impact marketing ideas. Today I will cover 11-15. In case you missed them, here is part 1 and part 2.
11. Never let a day pass without engaging in at least one marketing activity.
12. Choose a listing – resolve to “kidnap” one influencer per day to show it to.
13. Create two 30-second commercials, one for the public, and one for other agents.
14. Set specific marketing goals every year – review and adjust quarterly.
15. Carry business cards with you (all day, every day).
