13 Topics to Connect With Your Sellers
In a previous post, I mentioned the importance of communication with your clients, especially when it comes to keeping your listings. I also gave you some great ideas and topics to consider. Now, you may be thinking that the thought of potentially needing fifty two topics to discuss over a listing period can be daunting. While there are fifty two weeks in a year, thirteen of them have holidays. That’s thirteen built-in themes to discuss with your sellers. That only leaves thirty-nine other topics to cover.
This is a prime example of how resort and second home Luxury Real Estate can inspire you in other markets. It is not unusual for us to have properties on the market for extended periods since both buyers and sellers are most discretionary. In other words, they’re not as motivated as primary home buyers might be.
Today, I will show you how I make holiday themed letterheads for the seller communication that occurs during one of those special weeks. I will also share some sample content. You’ll notice that content can be easy if you follow the “Lather, Rinse, Repeat” concept from last week.
