This week, we begin a series on improving and fine-tuning our listing presentations. Now, I could jump right in and give you the scoop but it would not be as effective and your results would not be as great without building a foundation first.
In this week’s video, I am going to challenge you to create two checklists:
1) Everything you do to prepare for a listing appointment. (In order)
2) Everything you do to bring a new listing to market. (In order)
If you already have these checklists, then you’re all set. Just review and make sure they are up to date.
If not, you need to get started.
Either way, once you have the lists in hand, it’s also an interesting exercise to estimate the amount of time required to complete each of the lists. You might be amazed to find out how much time it takes to prepare for a listing appointment and then, bring a new listing to market.
Having this foundational information will intensify the effectiveness of our listing presentations and help us to get listings at the right price, for the right amount of time and with the right commission.
