The Numbers Game in Luxury Real Estate

Posted by on Jan 6, 2015 | 4 Comments

Its 2015 at last! The rush and buzz of Christmas and the Holidays are behind us and now I have a really serious question…

I need to ask if you have really looked at your Business Plan and your numbers.

The New Year is now and you need to know where you wound up in 2014 in order to plan for excellence in 2015.

In this week’s video, I will remind you that life in general and luxury real estate in particular is a numbers game. I will use my famous Lobster Baby example to illustrate and inspire you to learn your own numbers.

The good news is…

They are even better than those in professional sports. Where else can you employ and enjoy a 75% or higher success rate?

Enjoy and make it a great week!

Happy New Year Jack! Laura Johnson I am Tim Johnson’s wife he works at your building on Steven St., which you lease to Sifel w/David Crawford.

I have your book Selling Luxury Homes. You personally gave me 2 years ago (which I read immediately) at your brokerage house when I was still contemplating what company I would join. The first 1.5 yrs I practised PT and just recently went to FT. William Raveis opened an office literally seconds from my home. So I fugured I would start there and see how it goes.

I kindly ask if you would send me the spread sheet you refer in the book and in your videos, as we all, I also requested earlier today for the 2015 business plan. I have checked my spam but nothing is there so far. I plan to really after RE at 150% this year in order to make up for lost time meaning the PT.

I will be ordering your DVD on Pricing Luxury Homes very next week upon my return from bringing my daughter back to college. Hope the sale price is still in effect.

Thank you for all you share and expertise.

    Very truly yours,
    Laura C. Johnson

    Hi Jack,

I bought your book and I am in the process of reading it. Since then I have joined One Sotheby’s in Miami and attended the GNE at the Fontaine Blue. Unfortunately was not able to meet you. I also would like to receive the spreadsheet mentioned in your book and would like to buy the DVD on pricing luxury homes, can you send me the spreadsheet and let me know how much and how I can order the DVD.

    Thanks,
