Your Luxury Sphere of Influence Certificate

Last week we talked about the importance of calculating our ratio of people in our Sphere of Influence (SOI) to each transaction. We gave examples of the calculation and illustrated an example on my Luxury Business Planning Spreadsheet.

Once you understand the value of your sphere, you see why it’s so important to market to them.

In this week’s video, we look at the potential value of each person in our SOI using another of my spreadsheets, the SOI Certificate. You will be astounded and anxious to complete a certificate for five or ten of the people in your sphere.

We will also learn how this exercise can help agents construct an exit strategy.

    Mostly low-level cardio. Though I have tried weights, at least lighter weights, in the evening and it was fine.Also, this is usually an hour or two after dinner. Dos1n&#82e7;t seem to effect sleep, at least for me.
