The halfway point of 2014 is in the rear view mirror and I hear rumblings from agents and other experts about whether you are on track. I think about goals all the time and got to thinking about the S.M.A.R.T. aspect of goal setting. Since we review our goals daily, these five components are always there in the background.
In thinking about this I wondered about the A and the R. Do “Attainable” and “Realistic” hold us back?
