How Much Should You Spend on Marketing?
One of the questions I get asked over and over again deals with how much an agent should commit to spending on marketing for a luxury listing. Numbers are all over the place: 5%, 10%, 12% and even 20%.
Today, I will talk about how to decide on a budget and an important factor that many overlook.
