Welcome to session three of our series of what we can learn from boating and the sea to assist us in our luxury real estate business.

Thanks to a handy meter on my boat, I have a great tool that lets me know how many gallons of fuel I am burning per hour. It helps me to decide what will be the most efficient speed to burn the least amount of fuel.

This gauge reminds me of how you as a Luxury Agent can use a cost/benefit analysis in your business not only for your advertising and promotion of your business, but also for your listings.
